Fuller body than its sibling in Bordeaux, Sauvignon Blanc. Distinctive aromatics of honeycomb, poached pear and ever-classic hints of hay make this a no-nonsense white wine.  Aged for 48 months in neutral oak, there’s a serious mid-palate depth that wraps your palate in orange marmalade, crème brulee and butterscotch.   Length and fresh lift are still evident thanks to the sandy soils in this vineyard, giving the wine an elegant finish.
